YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Teacher trainings are immersive journeys — places where practice deepens, perception widens, and something essential has room to unfold. They are not only about learning how to teach yoga, but about meeting the practice more honestly, more intimately.
Together, Kindra and Carolina guide 200H and 300H teacher trainings rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. These trainings are held at their studio in Rome, Italy, and in selected locations in Asia, and are offered in Italian.
Each training is an invitation to slow down, to inhabit the body with care, and to explore yoga as a lived experience — on and beyond the mat.

RETREATS
Retreats are intimate, immersive experiences — spaces to slow down and meet your inner landscape with curiosity and care. Through the integration of yoga, sound healing, meditation, embodiment practices, and other creative modalities, each retreat is thoughtfully curated to invite depth, presence, and listening.
Every gathering is different, yet each one is shaped with the same intention: to bring you closer to the origin of your own mystery.

Yang & Yin Retreat
Held at the iconic 1970s house and artist residency Bocca di Valle, this retreat explores the balance between activation and rest — engaging yang practices during the day and softening into yin as evening arrives. Shared meals, quiet moments, and long walks in the wild landscape of Abruzzo accompany the practice.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Alongside Carolina Pinto, and in collaboration with Matahari Yoga Space in Rome, I have co-designed two continuing education programs for teachers who wish to deepen their craft and refine their voice.
Creative Sequencing — 25H (Yoga Alliance) This course supports the art of building intelligent, creative Vinyasa classes, with particular attention to backbending, hip mobility and flexibility, arm balances, and inversions.

The training is guided by Lea Latino and Eva Vriens, teachers who have studied with both Carolina and myself, and who are now part of the core teaching family at Matahari Yoga Space.
Earth Alchemy — 50H (Yoga Alliance) A course in holistic sequencing, designed to help you discover and trust your unique voice as a teacher. Working with the language of the five elements, this training explores how to weave physical practice and storytelling together — transforming a Vinyasa class into a cohesive, embodied journey.
This training is taught by Carolina Pinto and myself.

WORKSHOPS
Join one of Kindra’s creative group containers to support you in your inner exploration. These workshops combine the wisdom and depth of the practice of yoga, hands-on guidance and assistance, and a powerful healing integration process as a collective. Every workshop is created on a specific theme in which we will integrate various practices: as movement, sound, astrology, and art practices to discover and play with our own inner alchemical process alongside the collective healing journey.
