VINYASA, ASHTANGA & YIN YOGA

Interweaving yoga with meditation, breath-work and mantra, a safe space is created for you to dive inwards. Yoga classes with Kindra are for any body, any ethnicity, any gender and they are tailored so that you can connect with your true essence and cultivate a deeper sense of connection within. Coming from a postcolonial research background, Kindra is passionate about decolonising practices of yoga and fosters and promotes an inclusive environment where you will explore the depths of Yoga beyond the asana practice.
