This program is dedicated for anyone (and for all genders & ethnicities) who want to deepen their connection with their sensuality, pleasure, and self-acceptance. Together, we will embark on a journey of nourishing flows, deep meditations and rituals for self-care with the intention to create a sense of profound connection with your body, creativity and innate power.
Each individual session is uniquely tailored and adapted to your specific needs and includes the following:
The mentorship program consists of 4 minimum classes of 90 minutes per session but can be adjusted to your specific needs.
CONNECTION
Before the mentorship begins, a first meeting (whether online or in person) to get your process started. Together we will map out where you are, the direction of where you want to be, and create a strategy for you to get there.

PRACTICE
With all the information collected at the first meeting and according to the healing program defined together, Kindra designs your personal ritual that is tailored to your specific needs.
AFTER CARE (*optional)
After care is designed to empower you to continue working on your profound inner alchemical journey. Based on the time you want to dedicate to your process, you will receive written material to continue your own inner process.
